Refund policy

Any product once received by you, can be returned to us with a full refund only within 30 days after delivery of the product.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How many days will it take to ship my product?
Shipping it is within 24 hours. When adding customisation and personalization of products shipment will take 2 to 3 days.

What if the item I received is damaged on delivery?
Call or WhatsApp us on +971 55 1424800. We will schedule a pick-up of the damaged item and immediately replace it at the same time.

I don't want to receive my order, what should I do?
You can cancel your order at any time before the order has been shipped.
To make the cancellation, login to your account and cancel the items you have ordered. We will refund the amount if the order was purchased using card payment option.

Why am I paying shipping charges?
If your order is below 100 AED, there will be a service charge of 10 AED to cover the cost of providing the shipping service.

What are your charges for delivery/cash on delivery?
Delivery in the UAE is free of charge on all orders above AED 100.

For orders below AED 100, we will charge you a small shipping fee of AED 10. If the value of your order is under AED 100 and you choose cash on delivery as your mode of payment, your total charge will be the order value plus AED 10 (AED 10 shipping fee. Cash on delivery is free of charge.

Credit/ Debit card, COD and PayPal are free payment options

We shall reserve the right to reject the return of the Product;

  1. The price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded by the User;
  2. The serial number/IMEI number/bar code of the Product, as applicable, does not match our records;
  3. The accessories delivered with the Product  are not returned along with the Product, in an undamaged condition;
  4. There are any dents, scratches, tears or any other damage to the Products or any part thereof;
  5. Urban Artisan is satisfied that the Product has been rendered used, defective or unusable.
